C4Real respects your privacy and does everything possible to protect your personal data. C4Real believes it is important that its services are transparent, personal, and reliable. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our services and tailor them as much as possible to your individual wishes and needs. We process your personal data carefully and securely. Furthermore, we only process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR). The privacy statement may change if new developments give rise to do so. The most current privacy statement can always be found on our website. This privacy statement was last modified on 11 July 2018 .
The privacy statement applies to all data that we collect and process from (potential) customers and from users of our website.
Data we collect:
We collect data in the following ways:

1. When you visit our website:
1. We process a number of your data in order to provide the functionalities of these online services and to manage them technically. We process this data for the purpose of managing and improving our website and app and analyzing usage. We also use cookies for this. 2. You can fill out an online application form with us. We process your data for the purpose of assessing your application and contacting you regarding your application. We process data such as your name and email address for this.

If you sign up for our newsletter, you will periodically receive the newsletter from us and you agree to the following: you want to be kept informed of our activities and, if you have chosen to do so, also for mailings. We use your data for the purpose of contacting you via email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the email or you can inform us of your unsubscribe request by email or phone.
4. When you are in contact with us for work, we may process your personal data. For example, to establish whether you are allowed to represent your company.

We process your contact details such as your (user) name (social-ID), address, email address.

1. In order to serve you well, we are continually working on the development and improvement of our products and services. In some cases, we process personal data for this purpose. For example, if you ask a question about a product.
4. Archiving purposes:
No more personal data than necessary for the stated purposes is collected.
5. If the data is not retained for those purposes, we can still keep the data for archival purposes.

C4Real takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful use. This includes (standard) appropriate security levels, an information security policy, training of our employees, secure servers, and physical security of the spaces where data is stored.
Involvement of third parties
We also engage third parties in the execution of our work and other business activities. This includes mailing, printing services, hosting services, and IT service providers. To the extent that these third parties process your data while performing the services, they must process your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These third parties must demonstrably have taken appropriate security measures and maintain confidentiality. We also take the necessary contractual, technical, and organizational measures ourselves.
C4Real as a processor
C4Real can act as a processor for its clients. The activities as a processor are carried out by C4Real in accordance with the laws and regulations (including the GDPR).
Request for access, correction and deletion
You can view your personal data at any time and have it corrected or deleted. You can also inquire whether all data we have received from you are correct. Within four weeks, we will provide you with an overview of the data we have on file. We may charge you for this, in accordance with the Reimbursement of Costs Decree. You can send a written request along with a copy of your ID to C4Real BV, M. H. Tromplaan 52, 7513 AB Enschede in the name of the management.
