VISUALISATION OF BUILDING IN DEVELOPMENT

Kadans Science Partner invests, develops and operates science clusters across Europe. Not standard workspaces, but environments where scientific organizations can strengthen each other. With Plus Ultra in Amsterdam, they have developed a multi-tenant building next to the Amsterdam UMC, which they are renting out. Kadans is focusing on companies in the medical industry, who can use the location for both offices and laboratories. However, the building is not yet completed and the surrounding area is still under development, making it difficult for potential clients to see and understand the potential and possibilities. Kadans therefore asked C4Real to think along in a solution to stimulate the rental.

THE SOLUTION: 3D BUILDING VISUALIZATION

To provide potential tenants with a clear picture of Plus Ultra Amsterdam, we created various visualisations. As the building itself is not yet fully realised, a 3D animation with artist impressions was chosen, in which the viewer gains an idea of what the property looks like, its function, its location in relation to facilities in the area, and why, as a potential user, you get a perfect sense of the potential of this beautiful place. This provides clarity and makes the choice for Plus Ultra Amsterdam as a location more logical and simpler.

How do we reach and engage them so that they understand well and see that this is a suitable location?
