IMPRESSIONABLE REAL ESTATE VISUALISATION ATTRACTS POTENTIAL TENANTS
Kadans Science Partner invests, develops and operates science clusters across Europe. Not standard workspaces, but environments where scientific organizations can strengthen each other. With Plus Ultra in Amsterdam, they have developed a multi-tenant building next to the Amsterdam UMC, which they are renting out. Kadans is focusing on companies in the medical industry, who can use the location for both offices and laboratories. However, the building is not yet completed and the surrounding area is still under development, making it difficult for potential clients to see and understand the potential and possibilities. Kadans therefore asked C4Real to think along in a solution to stimulate the rental.
THE SOLUTION: 3D BUILDING VISUALIZATION
To provide potential tenants with a clear picture of Plus Ultra Amsterdam, we created various visualisations. As the building itself is not yet fully realised, a 3D animation with artist impressions was chosen, in which the viewer gains an idea of what the property looks like, its function, its location in relation to facilities in the area, and why, as a potential user, you get a perfect sense of the potential of this beautiful place. This provides clarity and makes the choice for Plus Ultra Amsterdam as a location more logical and simpler.
THE PROCESS
In the development process of this project, we went through two phases: the conceptual phase and the realisation phase. In the conceptual phase, we collaborated with Kadans to explore a number of topics that would enhance the success of this visual campaign. What messaging resonates best with the target audience, and what style appeals to them? To convey the right message, we determined the topics that are important to the target audience in order to ultimately lead them to rent this location. How do we reach and engage them so that they understand well and see that this is a suitable location? In the realisation phase, we produced the promotional film and artistic impressions of Plus Ultra Amsterdam using specific 3D and animation technology.
AN OPTIMAL LOCATION FOR THE TENANT
The visualization for Kadans illustrates a location that is not physically present yet. This 3D animation is a video that provides the most realistic representation of the building in its surroundings and particularly in its use. We visually depicted what the different unique floors look like and how people make use of them and can successfully carry out their work there. For example, in the laboratory, the foyer, the facade, and the surrounding area. This visualization, along with the artist impressions, is versatile and is used on the website, in brochures, and social channels for media campaigns.
THE FINAL RESULT
Kadans has the distinctive visualizations and tools to convince potential tenants to choose the unique location Plus Ultra Amsterdam. It quickly becomes very clear what the unique strength of the location is and why you, as a tenant in the medical sector, are in the right place there. It is widely applicable, appeals to the imagination, and encourages leasing for a successful utilization of this exceptional location.
