Holland Hydraulics, part of the Holland Motion Group, specializes in hydraulic drive technology and high-quality hydraulic systems for the industrial, maritime, and offshore markets. The portfolio is complex, often involving custom solutions. This makes it difficult to tell (new) customers what Holland Hydraulics can do for them. C4Real got to work and came up with the solution: a virtual showroom.

The virtual showroom is a tool to clearly show customers the various options available in different market segments. Holland Hydraulics provides customers with insight into what they can offer them. Through the virtual showroom, where technical solutions are visualised in 3D, these become so clear that there is no other interpretation possible. What Holland Hydraulics has to offer is therefore made clear to the customer more quickly with a virtual showroom. This also gives Holland Hydraulics more control over the customer process and allows the company to steer the customer journey as desired, with measurable KPIs. The result is a much more efficient sales process than before.
THE PROCESS
During the process, we frequently discussed the tool with each other. We are building a logical structure and translating this into a logical visual representation, according to the relevant market segment. Then, we participate in marketing automation from C4Real. How does the sales process run, what information needs to be provided where, which KPIs are relevant and can be implemented at which point in the virtual showroom funnel. It will be clear that an open and confidential atmosphere is a prerequisite for a good result.
