Where should you begin when you have a wide range of valuable solutions to offer your customer? This was the challenge faced by Solmax, the world leader in sustainable infrastructure.

We were tasked with bringing together more than 100 geosynthetics products in one clear location – something that not only gives customers quicker access to relevant product information but also increases lead conversion for Solmax. 

This idea marked the beginning of the collaboration between Solmax and C4Real. The starting point of an enormous puzzle that C4Real managed to solve with the virtual showroom.

The biggest challenge? The quantity. The amount of information that needed to be processed was enormous and complex, a challenge that we at C4Real are eager to tackle. For the Solmax team, this was a moment of realization. 'We knew that our offering was enormous, but it was truly eye-opening to see everything laid out. I realized what our potential is, and having everything in one place provides a great sense of satisfaction.'

COLLABORATION

Although it was a completely new process for Solmax, the team collaborated closely from start to finish with the C4Real team. 'They do this every day, but we don’t. The team guided us through the entire process and involved us at every step. That’s how you really work together, which I found very nice,' says Kathryn.

'Of course, we faced challenges, at certain moments I lost sight of the forest for the trees, but overall the process went incredibly smoothly. Fortunately, the C4Real team knows well how to organise things!'

The tool guides the customer through easy navigation, allowing them to quickly find the information that is relevant to them. It enables Solmax to present their offerings to specific target groups, such as engineers, at trade shows. The virtual showroom is now being used at multiple trade fairs and is utilized in webinars and presentations by the team. 

‘’Our team is becoming increasingly familiar with using the virtual showroom. We have already used it at seven trade fairs this year, and successfully! It not only helps to draw leads to our stand, they quickly find their way and leads become customers.’’
