ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES TRANSLATED INTO CONCRETE SOLUTIONS
Who doesn't know it. The Royal Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. A considerable exhibition and congress building for conferences, events, and meetings with no less than 11 halls of various sizes with a total area of 100,000 m2, 4 separate congress centres, a theatre, a meeting centre, as well as its own parking facilities and catering. The smallest conference room can accommodate about 200 people, while the largest exhibition hall can welcome over 15,000 attendees. Additionally, the various halls can be seamlessly connected to each other, making the possibilities for an exhibition or event almost endless. But which location is most suitable for the business client? And how can visitors find the right location? C4Real received this question and came up with the solution: a 360-degree virtual tour.

‘The 360-degree virtual tour was an ideal solution for the coronavirus pandemic. While our doors were closed, organizers and customers could still view our various locations well in this way. Even now, it proves to be a good addition to our sales conversations because we can give the customer a good impression of the proposed spaces right from the first phone contact, even before they decide to visit the location. We found the collaboration with C4Real to be pleasant, and the project managers are happy to work with us.’
