Who doesn't know it. The Royal Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. A considerable exhibition and congress building for conferences, events, and meetings with no less than 11 halls of various sizes with a total area of 100,000 m2, 4 separate congress centres, a theatre, a meeting centre, as well as its own parking facilities and catering. The smallest conference room can accommodate about 200 people, while the largest exhibition hall can welcome over 15,000 attendees. Additionally, the various halls can be seamlessly connected to each other, making the possibilities for an exhibition or event almost endless. But which location is most suitable for the business client? And how can visitors find the right location? C4Real received this question and came up with the solution: a 360-degree virtual tour.

This way, both parties always had the current state of affairs and could easily update things. This method saves a lot of time and costs, and it is an efficient way of working together. A virtual showroom has been created for both the interior and exterior, to give visitors and event managers a good idea of the possibilities of the Jaarbeurs. For visitors, it also helps to find the right location. With the help of high-resolution 360-degree images, the virtual tour has been developed. There are also videos added that capture the atmosphere well. In total, 70 360-degree scenes have been included.
