A top-notch visualization befitting one of the most extraordinary BREEAM outstanding buildings in the Netherlands. After the completion of the 'BREEAM outstanding' project, The Edge was labeled as the most sustainable building in the world. BREEAM has been the certification method for a sustainably built environment for many years. The certification stands for a building that is future-proof and has a positive influence on the health and productivity of the people in the building.

The special 'The Edge' experience 'is an (animated) film that sets the desired look in the right way and offers a perfect fit with the future situation of the project. This special visualization project has contributed to the lead generation of investors in participation in this sustainable project and has sparked enthusiasm among other stakeholders.

The location where one of the largest BREEAM 5-star buildings was realized is the well-known Zuidas in Amsterdam. The Zuidas is the financial district of our capital, but also an area where living, working and life come together, as seen in the 'The Edge' film. The realization of this extraordinary building was in the hands of OVG Real Estate together with its partners, within the partnership The Edge.
