THE EDGE AMSTERDAM
A top-notch visualization fitting one of the most unique BREEAM outstanding buildings in the Netherlands. After the completion of the 'BREEAM outstanding' project, The Edge was designated as the most sustainable building in the world. BREEAM has been the certification method for a sustainably built environment for many years. The certification stands for a building that is future-proof and has a positive influence on the health and productivity of the people in the building.
The unique 'The Edge' experience is an (animation) film that presents the desired appearance in the right way and provides a perfect connection to the future situation of the project. This special visualization project has contributed to lead generation from investors in participating in this sustainable project, and enthusiasm has been ignited among other stakeholders.
The location where one of the largest BREEAM 5-star buildings was constructed is the well-known Zuidas in Amsterdam. The Zuidas is the financial district of our capital, but also a district where living, working, and life come together, as reflected in the 'The Edge' film. The realization of this special building was in the hands of OVG Real Estate together with its partners, within the collaborative framework of The Edge.
