THE STRATEGIC QUESTION
A brewer naturally wants to set up his brewing process as lean as possible. In the new innovative application “Brew Assist” from Pentair, all data from the machines in the brewing process is brought together. This way, the brewer can review all the data from the process and focus on what can be improved. Pentair wanted to introduce Brew Assist to its target audience in an engaging way and asked C4Real to help them by creating a visually appealing presentation.

In short, the product is about data and people: Pentair makes data visible with Brew Assist so that brewers can work more efficiently. The fact that Brew Assist plays an important role for people had to come to the fore in the video. In the conceptual phase, we opted for a video with film and 3D animation to present the message in the best possible way. One part of the concept was to film people in the brewery. But then coronavirus broke out, filming on location became impossible, and we had to choose a different technique. We decided to work with 2D character animation. This was the best solution to still capture the human aspect in the video.
